Shipping & Delivery

We’re committed to getting your order to you quickly and safely!

• Domestic Shipping (India): Enjoy FREE shipping across all of India. Deliveries typically arrive within 2-10 business days. Please note, a minimal shipping charge may apply to some remote regions; this will be clearly displayed at checkout.

• International Shipping: Costs start at Rs. 3000, varying with package weight and volume. Delivery is estimated within 7-15 working days. A minimum payment of Rs. 3000 applies to all international deliveries. We will contact you if any discrepancies arise.

• Important Notes:

  • Shipping choices may vary based on your delivery address, order time, and item availability.

  • Deliveries are only made on working days.

  • If you encounter any issues with your delivery (e.g., tracking shows "delivered" but parcel not received), please contact us within 7 days of the reflected delivery date. We can only track orders for 7 days post delivery.

Tracking Your Order:

Once your package ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via E-mail or phone number you provide in the checkout, so you can follow its journey to your door.

Delays:
We do our best to meet estimated delivery times, but occasionally delays may occur due to weather, carrier issues, or high order volume especially during holidays. We appreciate your patience!
